First Aid for Me is exactly what it sounds like – a range of first at courses tailored exactly to you.

Each course includes three essential skills to potentially save a life, developed in-house by St John WA’s team of experienced, leading First Aid training experts.

Every course includes the foundational steps to provide First Aid in any situation – DRS ABCD.

From there, the skills you might learn include snake bites for hiking, burn treatment for cooks or even a module for mental health.

The 15-minute courses deliver relevant skills specific to what you need to know in an easy to understand and follow format.

At the end of the course, you’ll receive an electronic non-accredited certificate and you can do as many courses as you wish – building a bank of First Aid knowledge.

Of course, there is no substitute for learning how to deliver quality CPR through an accredited, in-person course.

Every member of the St John WA team understands quality CPR, and application of a defibrillator, remain the only routine treatments for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the world and that’s not something you can learn online.

But equally, any First Aid is better than no First Aid and if you only have 15 minutes to spare, it is not exaggeration to say First Aid for Me could be the difference between life and death.
